Guest guest
A Kundalini Journal is an excellent idea to help you on your path. Record your dreams here, record your impressions, your thoughts, your Kundalini experiences. As we go further into the Kundalini, there may be times where it will be useful to look back and see where we have walked before. The journal will help with this. Use a book, use your computer, as you like. Make it your own, make it personal, make it sacred. Write to Shakti, write to God, write your mantras, your prayers, your poetry, your tasks you are working on. Discuss with yourself your thoughts on the safeties, where you are doing well, where you are struggling. Many of us here do this and has suggested we do this before. Especially to his private students. It is time well invested. much love, bradly
Guest guest
Another idea that totally resonates with me! As one who likes writing and has kept a journal off and on since my teens, why didn't I think of this?! I already keep a dream journal, for what it's worth (I don't really go back and read old ones). Writing makes it more real to the writer than a fleeting thought, gives ideas a way and chance to develop and a great way to watch one's progress. Thanks again, Brad! V. Guest guest
I also have a Spiritual Journal and its good to look back on it to see how far I have come and steps I have been through and also how it relates to what was going on in my life at the time. I find it best to hand write it and sometimes I record it as letters to myself or other people I need to apologise to or tell how much I love them. Its very cathartic, and I strongly suggest it for anyone on the Kundalini path. Iona x , " Valarie " <vjvousden wrote: > > > Another idea that totally resonates with me!
