Dream paralysis

 

Dear all

 

What is your opinion of the phenomena of dream paralysis.? I had 1 year ago lots

of experiences, well to be honest lotssss! Music and like someone pressing the

chest or something similar…I learned the lesson " surrender " but this morning was

an interesting experience. I surrendered but whoever was there did not go (stood

there long)…then I got angry and resisted…then, I woke up disappointed at me as

did not total surrendered being angry.

 

This phenomena always comes with music included. I can even remember the songs

played. Is this Ets activity, demons activity…?the same thing. ! They play the

music and start to press my chest or so.

 

I know the way to go is surrender but I am curious if someone knows what is it?.

This phenomena is very common before awakening or when you are half sleep

Yes, from my experiences this is typical. There are usually radio waves playing

and people talking, sonic booms, loud train sounds, someone crashing through

your door etc. It is all to try and discourage you from moving forward into the

astral. A test of sorts.

 

As far as the figure in the room, it is common phenomena to face the " dweller. "

It is typically a dark menacing shadow figure, sometimes with red eyes, or

creepy astral monkeys etc. They are not to be feared, as is their purpose.

 

This is something that some people must overcome to pass through. Not all but

quite often this occurs.

 

Chrism once told me some wise words on how to deal with this...

 

ASk Shakti to lend you some of her tigers, and they will devour them. They are

like sushi to them lol. There are other methods, like turning yourself into a

dragon etc, and " out scaring " them and those may work as well.

I guess it is all in the way you precieve it. LOL! I thought the radio waves

playing and people talking were the results of me hearing into the astral realm

and the loud booms and such was the sounds made my the astral body separating. I

hear all that stuff without being in sleep paralysis. I never thought of it as a

test.

 

Oh!... and the being in the room with you, I thought it was your own etheric

double, which is different from the astral body. I am not for sure if it is in

one Monroe's books or some other that I read of this. Who's ever book or writing

I read about that from, stated the etheric double separates first but it cannot

travel far from the physical body and is attached by the silver cord to the

physical body. The astral then separates and is free to go explore the astral

and other realms. I thought your etheric double was the shadow person people

see. I guess you could call it the dweller since it stays close by the physical

body watching over it. That is the way I have been preceiving it. But then

some people have claimed to see shadow people without being in sleep paralysis

or even asleep. What are they seeing?

 

That night when I shapeshifted into the large cat and swatted those two pesky

entities. I really think it was my etheric double that shaped itself into the

cat. I don't think a person's physical body could do the shapeshifting. Could

it?

 

I think it was on Trufax.org where I may have read that. It stated there that

some of the things that Monroe discovered was not allowed by the government to

be printed in a book. It also stated there that not everyone is advanced enough

to have their astral body fully developed. It was only a small percentage that

has a functioning astral body that can separate. Rather those facts are true or

not, I don't know, but that is what I read...somewhere. They seemed true to me.

Hello Monica.

 

I have only experienced sleep paralysis (from what I recall) on three occasions.

The first time was when I was very young; somewhere between 10 and 13, and I

only recalled this after it occurred again maybe 5 years ago. I am currently 42

years young. The third and last time I experienced this phenomena was

interestingly the day after a friend mentioned it had happened to him! I have

yet to determine if this triggered the episode though it seems likely. (There is

more I could say in relation to that hypothesis but it extends outside the

reason for this post). This was a period of my life when I was going through

some very intense entity incursions. These entity visits I endured almost

constantly for almost 6 months before I finally discovered kundalini and

gradually realized it was beginning to manifest through/within me. Initially I

wasn't even aware where my visitors came from or what they were; indeed I wasn't

even consciously on a spiritual path at that stage, though in retrospect I can

see all my life experiences led to where I am now. Desperately searching for

answers everywhere including the internet I was eventually put in touch with

chrism who provided solid and loving assistance within my plight.

 

Anyway back to my third and most recent experience with sleep paralysis... It

happened around 3 or 4 years ago in broad daylight. I awoke around 10am after

taking a morning nap only to find myself paralyzed. For those who have not

experienced this it can be intensely frightening. Your mind is fully awake but

your body remains as if frozen. You cannot even call for help as your vocal

cords are also incapacitated. It does take knowledge of what is happening to you

and a conscious determination to surrender and not panic. On this occasion I

could hear very loud creatures (entities) not only climbing on the bed and

around me but also right throughout the house. On all occasions before and after

(whilst I was awake) I had only encountered them in the same room. Also during

the paralysis there was the common sensation of a creature perched on my chest -

attempting to dominate perhaps? Or merely there to tax (feed) on my energy?

 

After analyzing this incident I determined I was obviously opened to an area of

the astral and the paralysis was my physical being shut down to allow this

degree of astral integration. After reading of other peoples encounters with

sleep paralysis this observation seems likely - sometimes the phenomena varies

but I imagine these differences are due to contending with different astral

domains.

 

Just my experience - I hope it helps?

 

Oh btw - I have a friend who isn't currently perusing a spiritual path but her

entire life has experienced beautiful music that appears to be playing in the

distance or other rooms. To this day on occasions she will get out of bed to

check if her children have left the stereo on. The music is orchestral and

magnificent, often with intricate arrangements though she doesn't recognize any

of the tunes.

Thansk a lot for the answers to my quetsions. I will look for the book of Edgar

C!!

Well about the other subject! I did not see anyone but felt someone pressing my

body..bottering! Long time ago I could feel handsets on my ears! The sounds from

radio...news, music..!

I will apply surrendering next time.
