Guest guest
We carry much stress in our jaws and facial muscles. This is why there is extra Kundalini attention in these areas. Some facial yoga can be helpful. I do not recommend any kind of chemical based treatment for this as it is a transitory aspect of the infusion for the head. Gentle exercises of stretching and breathing into the smiles and frowns and funny faces that have connection to the jaw and temporal mandibular joint can be effective as the infusion carries on. Remember that even during sleep do we have periods of bruxism - grinding the teeth - that can add to the stress of the Kundalini upon the TMJ. Let your jaw be open and slack. Let it hang and allow yourself to simply drool as part of a program of relaxation for this area. Needless to say do this in private lol! -
