It is a copy of an email that I sent to him and I have also included his reply. Love, Neil Hi Chrism, I have had 3 or 4 occasions recently that I have seen a pin prick of light on your picture when doing the Trataka meditation. Once it was white and the other times it has been blue. Tonight it appeared on the top left side of the picture and lasted for about 5 seconds. After it disappeared it reappeared a couple of seconds later just above your right eye ( I normally look at the left hand side of the picture - your right eye). Both of the lights tonight were blue.
