Guest guest
Hi everyone, Had this dream last night where I was meeting with a sort of spiritual angelic doctor .. thats the best description I got of him.. he was telling me about my energies and told me first he could see a yellow energy around and behind my eyes primarily .. and then that he could see a red sort of energy coming in also ... then he told me 3 words that I should use as mantra .. and they were very concrete ... the thing is that I remember only one.. it was " abortus " .. the other two slipped away in the transition to waking up .. any comments would be appreciated... love and light, Jonas

Guest guest
Hi .. Thanks for your comment !! I didn't make so much sense out of the word abortus neither ... but I think it was the combination of the 3 words that maybe made sense. Anyway, I'm sure my quides will let me know again if its very important. Thanks again. Guest guest
Jonas: Abortus in Latin means miscarriage. I have no idea what it means here in your mantra except it would seem that it may be translated as get rid of - leave- let go??? I dream and remember some parts lately have many dreams do not hear any talking just action and feelings - chrism had told me once to do this to help remember dreams - wake up about 2a.m. go to the bathroom drink a full glass of water and back to bed - when you awake you will more than likely remember your dream. I follow this all the time at any time - when I wake I drink and now my dreams are ongoing each time I fall back asleep. I remember more than I used to and sometimes can lay there and recall things if I ask for assistance. It is frustrating when I know there are teachings being given and I can not remember - I feel that when the need arises the knowledge will be there even if I do not remember the teaching. could be wrong yet that is how I settle my mind. Please let us know if you get thee second two words... e

Is this correct?? Laura , " " . wrote: > > > > Jonas: > > Abortus in Latin means miscarriage. Guest guest
Hi, Thanks for the trick with the glass of water.. is it ok to wake up at 2am with the clockalarm? I'm not sure I would wake up at 2 am by myself.. what about 2 glass water.. better than just one? I drink loads of water anyway .. so it wont hurt Yes ... 3-5 am is a good time for dreaming ... but personally, my best time for dreaming and getting very specific guidance is between 7-10 am. when the sleep is not so deep .. there I notice that the information comes through with all details when I wake up.. Hope this helps !! Guest guest
Namaste For ones that would like to have more vivid dreams and also the capacity to remember the dreams i have found that drinking Tulsi Tea (Holy Basil) makes a HUGE difference. Several of my friends also have used Tulsi tea for dreams and everyone shares it greatly increased their ability ot remember and amplify full dreams. Through out India. Tulsi is revered as a sacred plant infused with healing powers and is often referred to as the " Queen of Herbs. " Tulsi is an adaptogentic herb which helps your body relieve the negative effects of stress. It has been used in India by Sages and Holy people for thousands of years because of it benefit in the spiritual process. Ramana Maharshi spoke very highly of Tulsi Tea. Amma's ashram in India grows Tulsi. Quick web search of Tulsi shared below " For more than 5,000 years, Holy Basil (or Tulsi) has been one of India's most sacred herbs. One legend holds that the plant is even the reincarnation of a goddess herself. The leafy bushes are still grown and ritualistically tended in homes and temples across the ancient land. Tulsi's holy status stems from its wide-ranging benefits: generations have trusted it for everything from boosting the overall system to aiding digestion to fighting fevers. Tulsi is so highly revered that almost every Indian home has a Tulsi plant growing indoors, on a patio, or in a courtyard. It is considered the key herbal tea in Ayurvedic Healing Practice with references dating to about 2600 BC. Early Christrian writers referred to the Tulsi Plant as " Holy Basil " because it was said to have grown at the tomb of Jesus and was used by Christian Brothers as a healing tea. The meditational qualities of Holy Basil (Tulsi) are widely popular amidst Sadhus (mendicants) and is used for enhancing the dreams, meditations and calming the spirit. " All i know for sure is that if i drink Tulsi tea anytime during the day, i will have very vivid dreams. When i first began recording my dreams i got a tablet and pencil and laid it by my side. I would record a few key words. Soon this practice brought me to the place of being able to remember my dreams without having to write them down. There is also a very good talk about dreaming and ways to remember your dreams by Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes on lala. com. One can listen free. love sparrow , " " . wrote: > > > > e >
Guest guest
Hi Sparrow, I tried to find that on lala.com about dreams, but it doesn't bring it up when I do a search there. I do thank you for the site though. It's a great place to turn on the christian music to listen to in the background. What catagory would Dr.Clarissa Pinkola Estes be found in? Thanks for the info on the Holy Basil tea. The last time I was at the store I almost bought a box of it, should have went with my intuition. LOL! Thanks!
