Guest guest
Hi, I've been doing grounding exercises for some-time. I've read in a number of places that you shouldn't feel anxious/unease when grounded. I find that I do. I know I am grounded because I do feel energy moving in my feet (buzzing and tingling) and do feel more 'present'. So, my question is...why would I still feel unease when being grounded and present? what type of fears would I be holding on to? and how do you go about surrendering it? Cheers, Sarah
