Hi Bruce,

 

thank you very much for putting this in words.

 

With awareness many things can be healed.

In Germany, there is a woman (Sonja Wierk), who cured her multiple sclerosis

using awareness. She simply put her full awareness on her movements, and on her

sensory system.

 

That´s what i am trying to do too, concerning my ms.

So thank you very much for this reminder.
