Guest guest Posted March 11, 2010 Report Share Posted March 11, 2010 Hello All, I am posting for the first time here. I have been experiencing a terrible itch which has lasted more than a week. It started near my tail bone and spread out to my hips on both sides. The itching appears to be in exactly the same places on the left and right. I also have it along the side of my spine and also had the itching on both arms at the same places. When it first started, i also experienced what felt like very light pin pricks all over my neck and arms which was bearable but this has gone away now. I feel like I need to run a marathon all the time and someone asked me recently why I was running. I wasn't running, I was just walking extremely fast because i couldn't walk any slower. Before this, about 2 years ago, I felt alot of energy at my tail bone. It was was there day and night and felt like someone was holding small machine gun at the top of my spine and firing done at my tailbone at short intervals. It went on for 3 - 4 months and eventually stopped. It this excess energy or Kundalini being awakened, or are they the same thing? Thanks for any comments!
