Can anyone clafify this for me please....I have pasted a quote below from the

shakipat folder on the main forum

" 4) Fasting if you can safely do so three days before the first day of the

Shaktipat with the third day falling on the first day of the Shaktipat can be

helpful. "

When is the first day of the shaktipat???

Is the first day when scatterfield is placed or is the first day the 21st of

March...

So....when it says above to " fast 3 days before the first day of the shaktipat "

does it mean the fast should have begun already, as we are now in the 3 days

befoe scatterfield is placed, or does it mean 3 days before the 21st March as

in 19th 20th and 21st.

thanks and love,

Julia,

Julia,

The first day of shaktipat is the 21st. I interpret the instructions to mean

fast on the 19th, 20th, and 21st.

I believe the scatterfield is placed 9 days before the shaktipat and remains for

9 days afterwards.

Love,

David
