A Question Regarding Beginning of Shaktipat Scatterfield

Would someone please tell me what day we should start focusing on the Muladhara

Chakra. Was it today or should we wear red and focus on root chakra tomorrow.

The shaktipat and the practices you mention begin on March 21st. The

scatterfield was placed today, i.e., nine days before the shaktipat begins.
