Today the Scatterfield was placed at 3a.m. if we count 9 days before the

Shaktipat.

The Shaktipat begins on Sunday March 21 - Each day you can wear the color that

symbolizes the chakra of the day. So Sunday is Red for the first Chakra.

Read the info on Shaktipat/Scatterfiled on the main site.

The Scatterfield will remain in effect 9 days after the Shaktipat ends.

Please ask any and all questions here - we will try to help those who are new.

REMEMBER:

Day one - ONly do the first Tibetan and do the chakra breathing into the first

chakra

Day Two - do the first and second Tibetan and chakra breathe into the first and

second chakras

Continue to add each day --

When you reach on day 5 all the tibetans then continue them for day 6

ON Day 7 you rest and meditate no Tibetans ...

DO NOT Chakra breathe beyond the 6th chakra - This may cause headaches and other

pains.

More info will follow soon - Please be in daily practice of the safeties and

relax- this is a wonderful gift being given by Shakti thru chrism - it is to be

worry free and enjoyed.

Blessings and I hope I have this correct - still confusing after all this time

....poor synapses
