Guest guest
I know that this group does the 5 Tibetans, and I do them too occasionally along with Qi Gong, but I recently got the book Yantra Yoga by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu. This book teaches 108 movements based on a text from the 8th century. The movements are very similar to Hatha Yoga but actually precede Hatha texts. There's also a big difference in that there is a specific sequence to be followed, and specific breathing patterns, as well as visualization. It's a very precise system that I'll be deeply learning because my body needs more movement and the 5 Tibetans are not enough, for me anyhow. There is much more to Tibetan Yoga than the 5 Tibetans and I encourage anyone here who has interest to pick up the book, or find a teacher, though there are very few that teach it. There is a video on this site where you can see some of the movements... I love the mountains the background! http://yantrayoga.org/
