Guest guest
Dear and All: I have been experiencing severe internal shaking, which then increases to body shaking. This happens just prior to my going to bed and as I am falling asleep. I will then have an intense dream and wake up, still shaking, sometimes only once a night, other times numerous times. Last night I dreamed there was a small flying saucer just outside our patio. When I mentioned (in the dream) this to my husband and he (in the dream) turned to look, the flying saucer had moved out of sight. I woke feeling very frightened. I am also waking in the morning feeling as if i had been drugged; I struggle to become conscious and alert. Since I am only sleeping 4-6 hours per night one might think it's because I am still not rested enough, but this is a new experience. I have also become afraid in the evening, even though my husband is in the house. This too is unusual. I feel " observed " and vulnerable. I would appreciate input from any or all who have experienced something similar, especially as to how to deal with the fear and vulnerability, as well as what the shaking means or is related to. All of this occurs as my k energy is very strong and I am experiencing strong bliss, tears, and feelings of " ...joy unspeakable and full of glory..... " . Thanks for help in understanding all this. Love and Peace Diane

Yes, i have experienced this one when I have pain in the body and I look to locate the source with my attention and remain with my attention for a few minutes, after a while the body will make spontaneous movements and I believe it is unblocking a blockage and for me it seems to be tied up with emotions that were locked. fantastic....i just say...more of that please... ~Paul
Guest guest
For me Diane a UFO could be a symbol of a vehicle to higher consciousness. I think David Wilcock said that once, and though I think is not in 'full agreement' on everything he puts out there, in this case I think he has the right idea. Look for elevators, airplanes, ufos, boats and other vehicles in your dreams. What does each one mean? How does it feel to you? For me personally, a ufo would be a vehicle that can move the fastest, the furthest in the most mysterious mystical way the mind could imagine. Easy to see why this might be used by the Kundalini in your dreams. A UFO is really outside our comfort zone because it goes beyond ordinary, beyond our understanding, like the Kundalini. Just like the snakes, spiders, tigers, etc, whatever is right for you in your dreams may be used as a fear test too. Surrender to the Kundalini as much as you possibly can. Trust it. It is there with you. You cannot be harmed. If you give in to fear you may have certain teachings about this, but it may not be necessary with a full surrender. For many these experiences very quickly turn to love, joy and bliss with a full surrender. Read some past posts over the years and you will find some good examples. Maybe some members here will repost for you. But it sounds like this is the case for you too? And i think you enjoy this part ofcourse! So maybe it's just a matter of continual surrender until you can move into the joy and bliss a bit more smoothly and quickly. A teaching to you of surrender perhaps? As for shaking and vibration, for me personally I will like to enjoy this and just relish in the divine presence. This is likely a stage too, (or not) but more surrender here as well. Enjoy it if you can. Allow what is occuring to occur. Shakti is working on you! All is well yes? My thoughts on it. Hope it helps! be well and happy, bradly , Diane Baugh <cdgbdronningenF wrote: > > Dear and All: > > I have been experiencing severe internal shaking, which then increases to body shaking.
