Hi Rich,

I apologise first for not cutting this post down. My computer is very slow today

and I wanted to write this while uppermost on my mind.

I have been following your post and Chrism's answers to your statements. I am

sorry you felt the need to leave as 'nothing' was happening to you. I believe

the answer to your inability to progress with your awakening lies within the

last sentence of your post below.

" I have been practicing for about 30 yrs and have no plans of ever stopping " .

When we all discovered this site, and our teacher we were all using

various practices and systems and ways of life. One of the first things we are

asked to do is to let go of all our previous practices in order for to

work on 'clean vessels'. We are asked to tame our egos so they do not get in the

way of his teachings. We are asked to adjust our diets, and take on purer foods.

Doing only half of what he asks of us will not yield the results that can be

possible if we follow his teachings to the letter. This is not just for you but

for others starting on this path - why do it half hearted? I practiced and

taught Reiki after spending thousands on study. I was asked to give up this form

of healing as it was not conducive to my work with Kundalini. I had a choice and

Kundalini was my choice so I gradually gave up all else. You have not been

willing to do this and now ask why you see no results.

This is not an easy path and if you want to see results, you cannot keep or

throw away his teachings to suit yourself.

Sorry if I seemed harsh.

Any thing is possible but I can't see how my yoga would interfere with K

activation.

I am NOT doing any a very specific yoga practice full of specific pranayama,

mudras, bandas, etc. that would interfere. My yoga is more like yoga/exercise.

It is just a form of movement, stretching, flexing etc.

I also stopped my involvement with Reiki and other things to be here.

I really don't think that my yoga or anything else got in the way.

Thank you for your comments. it does make me think and reevaluate.

Rich,

If you feel that Shaktipat or the teachings given here are not for you,

there any many other ways to awake K. Check in the group files section for a

book (.pdf) called kundalini tantra by swami sathyananda saraswathi, he

mentions a lot of different methods.

With Love,

Mike
