Guest guest
Dear Diane, When you say internal shaking , if you mean that your " insides " are shaking and moving in ways that could not be done by you volunteraly, then yes this happens to me quite a lot and can go on to full body shaking also. If you mean a sort of trembling shaking then yes I have experienced that before too and it is a strange sensation. These happenings can be dificult when you share a house or a bed room or bed with another person. They are nothing to worry about though as they are all good.Honestly! I am fine and normal (lol) after having quite a bit of rock and rolling! I think (and I could be wrong) it is " easy ish " or easier to surrender when bliss and joy are present. In my own experience I have discovered a fuller surrender than I realised was possible when things I do not understand arrive or when things are physically challenging. This could be such an opportunity for you...how cool is that...I'm sort of jelous now! Unspeakable glory and joy has been given to you Diane so it can be a small step to now trust that these " Kyrias " have been given with loving purpose also. This is n9ot a negative happening I think your joy and bliss have being added to! You rock... pun sort of intended...lol! Love Julia. , Diane Baugh <cdgbdronningen wrote: > > Dear and All: > > I have been experiencing severe internal shaking, which then increases to body shaking. This happens just prior to my going to bed and as I am falling asleep. I will then have an intense dream and wake up, still shaking, sometimes only once a night, other times numerous times. Last night I dreamed there was a small flying saucer just outside our patio. When I mentioned (in the dream) this to my husband and he (in the dream) turned to look, the flying saucer had moved out of sight. I woke feeling very frightened. I am also waking in the morning feeling as if i had been drugged; I struggle to become conscious and alert. Since I am only sleeping 4-6 hours per night one might think it's because I am still not rested enough, but this is a new experience. I have also become afraid in the evening, even though my husband is in the house. This too is unusual. I feel " observed " and vulnerable. > > I would appreciate input from any or all who have experienced something similar, especially as to how to deal with the fear and vulnerability, as well as what the shaking means or is related to. > > All of this occurs as my k energy is very strong and I am experiencing strong bliss, tears, and feelings of " ...joy unspeakable and full of glory.....
