Guest guest
Hi Guys.. Could you offer advice on how you've gotten past sleepiness during meditation? I'd imagine after you awaken kundalini, these issues do not arise... but for me its a big problem! It doesn't matter if I meditate in the morning or at night, if I do 5 Tibetans or not, if I get a lot of sleep or not. Drinking tea works but i'm trying to lay off the caffeine.. This is my biggest hurdle in my couple years of meditative experimentation. I'm trying the following to try to remedy the situation: ~more yoga (learning tibetan yantra yoga) ~more abstaining from ejaculation (right now at once a week, trying for longer, but i'm young) ~chinese herbs to combat dampness, which I was diagnosed with by a chinese medicine doctor, essentially its a problem with digestion so not enough nutrients are being absorbed and spread through body, and thus not enough prana stored what do you guys think? are there any specific exercises or herbs or anything that has worked for you to increase energy and not be drowsy? thanks
