You place too high an opinion on my knowledge- chrism is the one to seek

guidance from and as he said you are being given the guidance - it sounds to me

like you need to listen and open to your Shakti.

 

You have far more Kundalini Shakti knowledge than you give yourself credit for I

think. And I have far less than you give me credit for. I am honored that you

think I might be able to offer guidance alas- I have so much to learn and am not

in a position to give advice about this issue.

 

Meditate and do the trataka meditation and you will come to know what is being

given I feel.

Please don't underestimate your self.Your advice to do Trataka and meditate

seems right intuition you got from K.Similarly Yesterday itself I got that

intuition to load Healing picture of on my desktop and cellphone screen

for performing Trataka meditation on the photograph of the Master.Is it a

coincidence or guidance? don't know.as far as i remember K has ascended only

once in my crown long long back in Dec 2001.........shrikant
