Hello Beloveds,

 

Just popping in with love to let you know I am

Alive and well! So many changes, so many doors

opening. I am filled with so much Joy even tho

things are hard at times, sometimes it seems more

than I can bare, but in surrendering things come

to pass, not to stay.

 

I feel energy moving up my spine most of the time,

and have to remember to keep my tongue up when I

feel headaches instead of reaching for the advil.

lol! The headaches do go away when I do that.

Evidence that things are actually happening! Makes

me very happy.

 

It feels like a testing time has passed, and now

rewards are overflowing. It is so exciting.

 

Well, that's all for now. Just want you to know

I am still here. Not fully active in the Group, but

still very much connected.

 

Follow your heart, it knows the way.

Spring is coming to NM and it will be glorious as it will be in your neck of the

woods- Renewal and time to rebirth..

Hi Dhyana, I am glad to hear that you are doing well, too, and it's good to hear
