For the Newbies like me

Its interesting that so much information and techniques are here in the files

and also on the main site...i would encourage every new person like myself to

check out every drop down menu on the main site and all the files both here and

on the main site. There is a huge amount of practical information that i still

haven't got to the bottom of yet. As is most people, i am here to tap into my

kundalini energy and install new ways of being...or for some others tap into it

more or make the flow stonger and easier with less problems. Coming into

shaktipat... On one file i read written by chism, he says that the safties and

techniques alone are enough to bring about kundalini(not a direct quote but

close). So for me i say the self reliant practice with just a little bit of help

and guidance form the teacher is fantastic. Anything extra that we might

experience though shaktipat is a bonus~Paul

This is true. The safeties are stand alone and can awaken even the hardest

student - no need for Shaktipat! - blessings to you Paul! - chrism
