You can consciously " dip into the stream " by consciously breathing into the chakras and holding your intention on the reception and initiation of the Kundalini. Do these three times up the spine from the base. ONLY if you are in active practice of the safeties with a daily session of forgiveness. Balance of the emotional body is very important as a person can literally explode into emotional outbreaks of fear and hatred and blame and more fear. Another way is to hold the right hand on the fourth or the heart chakra and hold the left hand palm out to the front. Use your Intention and will to accept or channel the energy into the palm of the left hand and feel it go directly into the heart chakra via your right palm.
