Guest guest
Hi everyone, Some might be curious about what I have been learning with and how this has been helping my process. Here are some of my thoughts and a little look at what I have been up to. Fears: has helped me identify a number of areas where I need to release fears or personal beliefs that are limiting me and hindering the process. Often these fears may seem insignificant at first, but they may be greatly affecting my surrender to Shakti. It seems we can always go deeper in this area and release more and more. Shakti points out areas to work on in my dreams… Chrism helps point these out and many more in the waking world as well. These areas might not be so obvious immediately, perhaps it is ego that prevents them from being seen. Which leads me to… Ego: Lol, layer after layer of the onion is peeled. What will be left? A healthy ego in balance with my whole being and the kundalini! What do we really mean when we do this? When we say that? What are our deeper intentions? Our deeper underlying goals and motives? Are they always totally honest, good and serving to others? Or are we deceiving ourselves and disguising our own interests with honey coats so it tastes better? Awareness of what we are truly doing brings me to another area I learn much about. Mindfulness: How aware are we? Of our thoughts? Our intentions? What is going on around us and how we are taking part (or not) in these events? If we truly wish for divinity to fully awaken within us, how are we honoring that divinity with every day, every second, every breath, every bite of food, every word we say, thought we think, with our relationships, with all our actions and all of our beings? What are our minds full of? Let us fill them with thoughts of shakti, of devotion and love for her and our teacher, with kindness and joy and service. How " Mind-Full " can we be? Surrender: Like the ego and fears it seems this area has many layers. Surrender seems to tie in with every area of the practice. Every aspect that needs work requires some surrender to go further with it. Deeper and deeper, further and further. I am cultivating this, though with any harvest it takes some time and work. As much as I and everyone would wish it to be so, it often can not all be done at once. But great progress can be made as we surrender and go to deeper and deeper levels of understanding and being with the Kundalini. And the harvest comes. There are many other areas to work on of course. These are but a few. I hope though it can give you an idea of what I am experiencing here. And I hope you all personally can look at your practices and find the areas where you can go deeper and further into your very being, into the Kundalini, into divinity. Welcome her with open arms. Release your fears, balance your ego, become even more mindful and SURRENDER. Easily said, not so easily done? Perhaps yes, but there can be much joy, happiness and love along the way. As I am experiencing here near our teacher. Have a great Shaktipat everyone! Be well all, Love bradly
