This is wonderful Miadeb! A great teaching! Thank you very much for your astute

and meaningful, accurate consideration for those new to these experiences.

 

I will also add some may feel all of these things. Some may feel none of these

things. Depending on your practice of the safeties and your karma your

surrender! More bliss and beautiful energy will flow into you like rivers of the

most divine love - feeling love like you never have before in your life.

attacked - you are not -

> look at it like she (shakti) divinity is jump starting your body - jump

starting it to allow

please trust this - Trust - that was a big one for me - took me time - but

complete trust that you are being loved and cared for - when these feelings come

in you through you and on you.

in - as if something is vibrating and going into different parts of your body -

allow this - actually rejoice in this - for soon this bliss will dance in you -

- thought i would mention some of this so you know its normal - you are not

just stay in this love - looking at all who pass by and knowing that divinity

like it and you can feel this energy this flow move through you - she will take

you naturally as more of this divinity flows through - so don't be hard on

yourself - there was a time i couldn't even clear my mind or have a real

meditation - but i could always feel love for all - and now sorta naturally she

brings me in to deep beautiful meditations where finally and believe me i do me

finally - this mind stops its chatter - not saying you shouldn't try - just

saying don't be hard on yourself - just be open to this love -
