Prayer and a meditative consciousness are very conducive for this but it will occur regardless. Breathe deeply and as calmly as you can. Open your heart and your body. Tongue up and try to direct your eyes to the brow of points. This is the area on your forehead up about an inch from the bridge of your nose. It will feel slightly cross-eyed but it isnt. This action stimulates the pineal center to release its hold on the aspect of your Kundalini Energies it controls. Place your fingers in the Kundalini position. Thumb and fore finger together with the remaining three open and spread out not touching each other. Bare feet on the ground, no crossed legs or arms. Practice the safeties as much as you can before you receive this as even in person will a Scatterfield be given.
