The cold

 

The cold can accompany the heat and the vibrations. It is a severe freezing like

feeling almost metallic at times but it has no physical temperature indication.

No thermometer will measure this even though you feel it strongly. Also no

amount of blankets or heating devices will be able to warm you up. This is the

Lunar phase of the temperature sensations. It is normal.

 

Sometimes you can feel it coming up the front of the body as I did many years

ago while I was driving and it scared me badly so I did my best to " will " it

down.

 

So know this and know it is part of the process. Plug the left nostril and

breath with medium but deep and perhaps rapid inhalations through the right

nostril and this will in many cases give relief. -

This natural and not to be feared. Shakti is the freezing aspect and in this way

are you being communicated with that she is indeed within you! The Sacred Male

or the father or the Shiva aspect is the heat and in this way are you being

communicated with that HE is awakened within you. This is all good my friend no

worries just complete surrender to the Kundalini agenda.

 

Stay hydrated and eat some watermelon and know my dear - KNOW - that this is
