Shared meditation...

I have been blessed to have met a fella who lives across the hall from me who is

very in to all things spiritual. He is amazing and open to any discussion on

spiritual topics. He has been meditating since age 13 off and on and has had

some incredible experiences with angels, those who have passed and other worldly

events.

 

We discuss Kundalini in depth and I keep telling him that he maybe on the road

to K with all he has experienced and the fact that we met and are sharing

information, He just laughs - I personally have not met anyone who I feel is

more ready to receive the gift of K and time will tell if that is indeed his

path.

 

He is getting back in to meditating and asked if I wanted to meditate with him.

We had our first session last night. He used a bell for focus which I had never

experienced before. It was so very nice to share this with another. Afterwards

as we normally do we talked for a long time about many things and at one point

he stopped me and said " something incredible just happened " - he saw a cross

above and behind my head made of palm fronds that are given out on Palm Sunday.

 

Palm Sunday is this Sunday. The week before Easter Sunday. So any ideas as to

why this cross would appear above me??? I feel very blessed to have met him and

to be part of the experiences he is having. The other night am not sure if I

wrote to this - we were talking and he saw my hand go green - shimmery green.

 

And he does feel my energy which I think is really nice. I have only been

blessed with a few male friends - some of which are here on the group. To

actually have a friend who is able to share in the real world and who is so

incredibly knowledgable in all sorts of spiritual paths and has worked on so

many of his own issues. He is a wonderful counselor for me and I do hope that I

am giving to him as he is giving to me.

 

Just a share - on this Shaktipat day of speaking to love and offering love to

others I offer all of you my love and considerations of love for your well being

and for that of all those you love in your life.

This is so wonderful, ! How nice to share so much with another in person!

He may come to accept K as he sees more of how you live it and it will resonate

with him if it is his path. If not, still, you have so much to enjoy together! I

think it's great!

 

The palm fronds, I don't know. It's timely, as you say, Palm Sunday is next Sun.

and if that's his focus, it could be projected out, in this case, to/on you. I

feel this is more his thing than yours. But that's just my thoughts. Let it be

whatever it wants to be. If it's significant to you, it will come to you, I'm

sure.

community around you (I would like it to) so here's to a start!!

Right in front of my nose --- DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! I had not thought about the

fact that my friend and I are a spiritual community. I have been wanting to be

part of one yes - and here the two of us are a mini community - that is really

nice. Thank you Val for pointing this out.

 

Now to find some K folks to set up a K house - I am open ready and willing - am

looking for areas where there might be work - hard at this time yet if it is to

be it will. Sooner I pray than later.

 

This summer/fall I am ready to make a move if anyone is interested in pursuing a

joint venture - it is not an easy time with the economy as it is and most of us

who have to work want to keep what we have yet seeking alternatives and working

together may bring new opportunities.

 

Let me know if you are interested in looking for a way to bring some of us

together in one place - a few have shown interest but nothing concrete yet.

 

Here's to a KAS community...want to keep the idea alive.

Hi ,

 

You are so lucky having someone near that truly understands you and one you can

share spiritual practices with. I feel like I'm in a 'Spiritual Wilderness' here

with only the Internet as a connection to like minded souls. Some of my friends

are nearly there but are stuck in programmes that use long rituals, a lot of

reading and quite a bit of money, to try and achieve what I am experiencing

through and this group.

Sometimes I forget that there are those who do not have anyone to share the K

with for I seem to find folks even family. Truly am I blessed to have people in

my life who are willing to listen - I find I am becoming again more comfortable

with discussing K with others - how fitting that I write this on theis day of

communication with the throat Chakra.

 

I have not affected as many as I would like yet I know that those who have

listened have been given a gift from Shakti to know abit of the K and that make

sme feel really good.

 

I hope to drive abit next week and I am wondering who I might encounter that

will be open to K - Have thought of doing a car banner you know the metal ones

that adhere to the ca door with the KAS logo and info on it - I do come up with

some strange ideas yet - why not the more we get the word out the more all of us

will be able to share our journey - the less we will feel alone.

 

We are so fortunate to have KAS and chrism and all the members - at least we all

have this venue to be open and to share with others. The program is growing and

things are changing and we all will make a difference.

 

For my part I will continue to spread the word and the info on Kundalini to

anyone who will listen for I find that Shakti is there with me - she is the one

who speaks she is the one who gives the info she is the one who lights up my

face and my being with the energy of love so that others can feel the love of

Kundalini that emits from me- She is the one who is guiding me to communicate

with love her love for all.

 

I am happy to be an ambassador for Shakti - and since some of you can not be

then I will step in for you - Shakti is guiding me - this I know.

Thank much for your post, it was very warmly received, and the loving energy

that went into writing it!

 

Today, is the throat chakra, that is interesting. I'm still learning too about

Kundalini, and it is still shrouded in great mystery for me! I will dig up and

willingly share a dream I had on first arriving in Australia, dated back in

February, that may or may not be relevant. You will find I have a very open mind

relating to such things! (hehe)

 

It is very fortunate that you found family and friends to discuss the kundalini

with, that support you. I, for one, had little real life support over the last

few months of my awakening, and I am still adapting. Perhaps, I will share my

experiences with you, at a later date, although some perhaps may not be fully

appropiate at this time. After all, I'm still exploring it all myself.

 

Dealing with this issue, an interesting event occured a couple of days ago. I

was sitting meditating on the hostel couch to bring some focus back to my mind.

As I awoke from my silent slumber, a woman who was watching me meditate

approached me. An Israeli young man that I had met that morning, was sitting

opposite me, as I awoke, reading a book, and was eying me nervously as I told my

story, although the feeling was more of curiousity and interest in me, than

anything else. Perhaps, the feeling was mutual, but in general, it brought me

ease to talk to someone about them, and its not good to keep stuff bottled up.

Perhaps being overhead was a good thing, for me.

 

Anyway, she thought I was some kind of buddhist monk, and I laughed at the idea.

She had just started meditation and some experiences with out of body

experiences, and wanted to discuss them with me. I mentioned I knew little, but

had experienced with them before. Actually, her definition of out of experiences

was related to mild relaxation induced floating experiences. My out of body

experiences were quite different, quite violent if you will, like I was being

forcefully torn out of my body on several occasions, although this was way back

and they have desisted now, although they were quite scary. They came with

intense vibrations and scary noises. I recall someone mentioning lucid dreaming

techniques and astral projection methodologies to induce control over such

experiences, but I feel a good energetic awareness is necessary first (thats

just my feeling on this though). I just learned to surrender and whatever

manifests, manfiests. There is no need to

pursue such skills, although I keep my ipod beside my bed, to take note of my

dreams, as THEY are important (I feel anyway).

 

I was then lead to discuss my intial awakening experiences, and she felt at

ease in herself, and mentioned how awful my initial experiences must have been

for me. It was very comforting for me to discuss my experiences in real life,

and I just commented to a friend the other day, that Australia is a wonderfully

spiritually aware place, full of wonderful accepting people, and I am glad I am

visiting here. The place I am staying Katoomba has a buddhist monastry, and I

contacted one for support in mindfulness meditation, he had some good

suggestions for me.

 

Most of what I write flows through from me, it is purely intuitive with little

thinking in it. As I approached the shopping till assistant this morning, as I

was purchasing groceries for my breakfast, she noted how they had changed the

till on her the other day. She kept repeating the phrase " They must be seeing if

I am awake " .. she kept saying it over and over. The message was very

persistant.

 

Like I just said, I'm just a 26 year old kid ... nothing to see here.. move

along. Perhaps, I arrived at a bad time, there seems to be interesting stuff

going on in the forums, although it's probably related to the " shakti supernova "

induced effect.

 

Most of my knowledge is borrowed, its not " me " writing.. there is nothing wise

or interesting about me.. or anything I say.. nor is there anything to be

gleaned in much of my opinions, although its probably modesty at best, and I

have found others to be willing recipants of such knowledge, despite what " you "

or " I " may think.. so go ahead.. write.. words have power.. you MUST see this

already?? This has been MY experience since my awakening, words WOKE ME UP! to

the reality of THIS.. and as my FRIEND says.. its servitude to humanity finding

itself AS and THROUGH life itself. So this is " my " expression of " me " .. and that

has ALWAYS been the case here...

 

Pantajali discusses such phenomena or " siddhis " in his sutras, but I'm not

interested in such things at the moment, just my own stability. Everytime I

enter " flow " it FEELS natural.. everytime I exit " flow " .. I panick.. I can't

understand it.

 

On another note, ALL of what I write is from my own life and my own life story.

There is nothing deceiptful in what I write. What I experience is overlapping

realities converging at a point of alignment, that may or may not share

commonalities. I don't pursue the commonalities, nor do I engange in thinking

about them too much, because they require processing of the mind, and restrict

the surrender that needs to be ALLOWED in what is happening for me. They also

create confusion, paranoia, delusions, they are lessons for you as they are for

I.

 

I was stung several times in fabricating stories to assist others in their

projection work, but I don't " do " projection work, nor do I really appreciate

those " do " ing it on " me " or others. It was the very thing that created the

experience in the first place, and pi**ed me off, when I found out.

 

Although I trust that everything here is honest, although that is for ME to

investigate. Anyway, find the projectionist and you'll just find a ginger

bearded guy staring right back at ya (sorry that one was a must ! hehe).

Anyway, I read about some hippy guy in a caravan travelling the usa way back in

september, at my point of awakening. Maybe you are indeed him! Who knows. .like

my friend says .. its all just MANIFESTATION OF . . . and that's it.. stories..

stories.. storiess..

 

 

Love and surrender to you my friend, and thank you for supporting me at this

time!

May Shakti, whoever " she " is, find you safely in whatever lessons arise for you.

 

I'm off for a walk to rejeunvate. Slowly is the way forward. If I could stop

" this " I would, trust me, I've tried before.
