Guest guest
I don't know if anyone has been having similar shaktipat experiences -- The first and third days I was definitely aware of an energy flow that energized the respective chakra and down. The second day I was wondering if had stopped for some reason. The fourth day my heart chakra was full of energy. I literally cried in prayer that morning. I was singing all day long. Existing was just a pleasure. It was easy to love all existance, and easy to feel an even greater love in response. It was nothing short of beautiful. Interrestingly, I got a pain shooting up what seems to be an acupuncture meridian from my left-side neck to just behind/below my ear. Whenever I got deep in prayer/love/meditation or really opened up for some reason, I started getting surges of sudden sharp pain. Today it. Just. Stopped. I wouldn't know shaktipat were going on at all if I didn't know it from perspective of information. I am obviously a long way from " phenomenon " , but would someone mind explaining how the heart day could be so intense, and the immediate next day so..... not? Thanks again to and all who have answered questions in the past! Jeff
Guest guest
Your expectations may be blocking your experience. Dont expect one day to be similar to the next allow it to be as it is my friend. As it wishes to express then surrender your control and expectation into that expression. Even if it is nothing. You are still being given to whether or not you actively " feel " something. These can be areas of your energetic dynamic that can receive more balance within you.- , " Jeffrey " <getjeff1 wrote: >Today it. Just. Stopped. Guest guest
Hi Jeff, I've had that too but she didn't leave you (:- also days of high energy and then days of really needing more sleep. I think the body has to adjust to what is given so it may go up and down in intensity and your emotional body ect- so we need the down time too i think- Also the feeling in your neck by your ear - so glad you mentioned that - i use to get that too - i thought it was me - you know the me - body me - not the shakti - ha So that was interesting to read that happened to you too... it'll pass, it sorta came and went for me - and came back again - and went again ....... (: Also my first shaktipat I didn't feel anything much until almost 2 months later... so sometimes things are going on we just can't feel yet....but you will (: That heart center is soooooooooo WOW! Isn't it? (: Glad to hear how well you are doing! Sounds great for you! Chi BALL - Catch! Guest guest
Namaste, Wednesday I had an intense buzzing of energy going up the left front side of my neck. I was happy and imagined it was healing, regenerating the severed nerve to my left vocal cord. It lasted about an hour, it was not painful. I have not had inertia, each day I am having new, different and exciting developments. Tuesday night during my meditation in my 3rd eye I saw a white lower case " y " on a purple background on th eleft side, then next I saw a white wheel with spokes on a dark background and it started spinning counterclockwise. I mentioned it to a knowledgable friend and this is the explaination they gave me. " for my take is the 'y' means gamma...the '3'rd letter of greek alphabet and likely reflects an energization as there are mathematical functions associated with it in science (like pressure/torque and i think fluids)...i feel it is associated with the spinning of the wheel, which by way of counter clockwise direction reflects an 'involution'...evolution is slow as it is clockwise, symbolically...clockwise is yang or centrifugal=spins outward as in chakras where in karma is spit/spewed outward...but the goal of meditation and of 're-spect-ing' or tracing the path 'back'wards toward orgin/creator is to do what is opposite ! (like the wizard/yogi, sees the reality by living backwards in time)....so my take is good work, and keep a'goin inward=involuting !
