Guest guest
Chrism and all, I just finished watching the video for day 7 and I must say I am confused as to how I am feeling right now. In comparison to the previous videos, there was a very somber tone to this one. I'm sure it was designed to be so. But it just floored me. It was if God himself was humbling me. I started crying and I felt this HUGE wave of sadness come over me. During the second part with the shakti prayer I went deeper into this feeling. I felt prompted to listen to " How beautiful art thou " in the files section of the group page. More tears. I feel like something opened up inside but I don't know what. What is this sadness? Guest guest
The mechanism that the body uses for sadness is also used by the Kundalini for bliss. Often we can confuse one for the other in our earlier experiences but as the bliss becomes stronger there will be no question. With either state tears flow strongly! Be blessed Scott for that is what is occurring! - chrism , scott perkins <scottmushman wrote: > > and all, > > I just finished watching the video for day 7 and I must say I am confused as to how I am feeling right now.
