This isnt a new disease. It has been around for as long as mankind has been

hunted for food.

An example of the symptoms:

" The great white shark focuses in on its target but just to be sure this will be

an easy kill it does a circle around its intended prey.

(Tommy and his friend Greggy are out surfing the waves! Tommy says to Greggy.)

" Wow such a beautiful day and the waves are nice and the water is warm and

clear! So nice to be out here eh Greggy? "

(Greggy notices the giant dark shadow of the huge shark making a circle. He

excitedly tells Tommy)

" Tommy there is a shark in the water we gotta go! Lets GO! Go! Go! "

(Greggy starts going for the shore)

(Tommy sees the Shark and yells at Greggy)

Dont worry! I am sure Mr sharky warky is just saying hello he means well and

wont....(CHOMP!)

Greggy turns to see part of Tommy......

Well enough said.

This would be an example of Pollyannaism.

Looking for the goodness in such a way as to blind us to what might be construed

as " not so good " or the shadow aspects of life.

Pollyannaism is a severe lack of discernment and a very expressive and

determined

choice to not see or respect the shadow aspects of life. Unbalanced attitudes

either towards the goodness or the badness(shadow) can be hazardous to your

health. In response to the Kundalini within me a balanced approach is taken. I

will suggest it for those who care to partake. - blessings all - chrism

I guess that is why the kundalini keeps throwing up the same painful and

heart-breaking memories again and again. I've went through all of this many-many

times, it just keep looping around, going over and over the same stuff.

Perhaps, I need to accept that part of me, although I'm not sure what part that

is. All I know is, I can't ascertain anything, because I don't know whats going

on for me, or what kundalini is doing for me.

All I know is, that being rejected feels bad, and so does being judged, because

it just feels like me doing it, and I move to try and fix that somehow, but I

don't know how ... i just feel very pained that i still feel so unloved and

unwanted, after all this time.

I have been exploring me for quite some time, and i just don't get it!
