Hi everybody,

I am new to the group and I am struggling to find my feet.  I intended to

wite sooner but I am not very good on the computer  and writing about myself

feels like homework. What are my reasons for wanting to join the group? I ask

myself and I dont know what the answer is but I find that I have become so much

more aware of everything lately. I am more aware of nature and of the beauty and

fragility but also the inner strength of mother Earth.  I have experienced some

physical  kundalini things most  often in the company of my wife " Julia " .I have

felt some movement in my back and what felt like heat in my lower back whilst on

my own. As i sit here in front of the computer the words will not come to me to

describe them but they were very real and different at the time.

I have been  practicing the safeties and the 5 tibetans for about the last 2

months I now do the 5 tibetans 21 times once a day. Some days they seem to come

naturally to me and flow through me. Other times they are like an

intense physical workout and I have to strain every muscle in my body to

complete them. When they flow through me the sense of  ease and harmony  as my

muscles my breathing and my mind combine into a synergy that flows like a

river through me.

Quite recently I have started to have strange dreams. In the past i have had

dreams but can barely remember them once I wake up they are like wisps of smoke

that disintegrate when I try to remember them. This has changed as I  am

remembering my dreams now.  The other night I had a dream . I was in the bar of

a hotel and had a run in with a celebrity (I do not know who the celebrity was

but in my dream he was very famous). This celebrity was verbally abusive towards

me  and belittled me in front of everybody in the bar. Then I was standing in

the lobby of the hotel there was a large pond / swimming pool in the lobby and I

simultaneously watched myself about to dive into the pool from the balcony of

the first floor and at the same time I was also a large snake (I knew that the

snake was an anaconda)  in the water waiting for the jumper (me) to dive into

the water, at the same time I was in the belly of the snake as if I was in

a waterslide sliding

down in to the pool. All the time I was standing there watching this. I felf no

fear just a desire to experience the coolness of the water as I splashed around

in it.i can remember thi dream vividly and when I do it is like putting on a dvd

and watching a film of it on television.

Then last friday night I had a very disturbing dream but I will save that for my

next  posting to the group.

Phew !!. I am relieved to have written this. I found this quite difficult both

from the physical typing aspect and also writing about myself.

 Joe.

Joe,

I struggle to find my feet each morning. : )

Good to feel your energy within your post. In My Experience, the struggle (or

the process) is the most important part of it all and I commend you for your

willingness to share that struggle.

It is interesting to feel the energy, more directly, of Julie's partner. It

somehow makes the two of your more " real " (what ever " real " means.)

BlessU

Welcome Joe, I was wondering if you were Julia's husband when I read your post.

It is great having you both here!

I can identify with you about the Tibetans. It is the same with me. On the days

I have to struggle and force myself to do them, I am wondering if I should be

doing them at that time. I end up with aching muscles on those days. Does anyone

know? Should we do them even when our bodies is not in the flow with them?

Blessings,

Linda

Joe: Welcome to our KAS community. You are in good hands with your wife Julia-

You are a very fortunate fella to have in your presence a lady who has walked

this road awhile. Not only can you post here and ask questions you can discuss

things with Julia. There are many here who would love to be in your position.

Having someone near to share and discuss things as they come up is a blessing.

It is unusual for couples to both be activated yet it is happening more and more

which is a good thing I feel.

Do not be afraid to post - if you have concerns or questions or comments they

will all be welcome.

There are no accidents you are here and you are now part of the family.

Blessings

Joe,

A warm welcome to you.

I like your description of the dreams disappearing like wisps of smoke. This

happens sometimes to me as well. If I don't jot down at least a few key words

or a brief description immediately upon waking, sometimes the dream dissolves

away. I am left only with a feeling.

So welcome!

Love,

David

I have similar challenges with the Tibetans. Some days I have to really force

myself to do them. Alas, some days I skip them. I will say, though, that when

I do them every day, I feel much, much better than when I do not do them. Even

if my muscles are sore, it is a good sore, the kind you get from exercising

regularly.

Personally, I feel it is better for me to try to force myself to do them. For

me at least, this difficulty with them I view as a lack of surrender to the

Shakti, as something I should simultaneously accept in myself, but also allow

Shakti to change.

Love,

David

Thanks David, I have skipped them at times as well.

Since having a cancer removed from my right arm, I have been having trouble with

doing the 4th and 5th Tebetan. When my right arm gets too sore I cannot do them

even if I tried. I didn't think the T's where suppose to make you sore like

doing exercise. :) ha!

Day 5 and 6 during shaktipat weeks really get to me..doing them that many times

in one day. I can get through number four fairly well, but with the 5th T, I

have to do about half and stop and do some Shakti prayers and Our Father before

I can continue and finish.

There are some days like you said that there seems a blockage maybe. But

sometimes it seems I am being giving directions by shakti not to do them that

day for whatever reason. I tried to do them anyways, thinking it could just be

my ego, but I can't do them all that well on those days even the first three I

have not problems with. So that is why I thought maybe sometimes when there is a

struggle, it could be Shakti directing not to.

I really do love doing them.

Love & blessings,

Linda
