K Healing

Hello K People,

 

I had an experience Friday night with K. I was practicing a healing modality

with a friend (we exchange BodyTalk sessions). All was pretty normal until

the end. K started moving my hands in a variety of kriyas over the top of

her body. Unusual things were happening, and as she is very connected with

her body she could describe the sensations. It was a healing that was was

not of my doing. I very much felt like the conduit, not the " doer "

 

Then when it became time for my session it was the same thing. At the end of

the session the K started working on me, through me. Sub-conscious issues

are coming up in my sessions. And the most powerful move was when K was

drawing this baggage out of my brain. It was a very rapid twirling with my

hand, and then my other hand would fly up and fling the baggage out. My

friend started toning, and overall it was a beautiful experience. In fact,

joyful.

 

When I woke up the next day I was bewildered with this new sense of reality.

Especially since I could barely acknowledge my role as a healer previous to

this. And as I write this I think you will all write and say " you're not a

healer " More work to do on my sub-c. I have to admit it is a relief that I

do not have to " know " so much, and that K is fully present to do what is

needed. I just worked on my dog tonight (bulging disc) and K was with me all

the way.

 

I feel more inspired to clear the way for K with the recapitulations.

 

BTW, I went to a group mediation today led by a Buddhist monk. Halfway

through an older man came in and was not very quiet.. he never did really

settle in. When my agitation started I then realized that it was about me...

my expectations, not him. After I recognized that I was able to accept him,

feel love for him, and find peace again in my meditation. Such a better

feeling....
