Guest guest
Hey David, yep, I totally agree with you. Discipline to break habitual routines and feelings has been a big part of the path for me. I also always feel better after doing some exercise in the morning, even if I start off not wanting to do it Kundalini has taken me beyond every limit. Willingly taking myself beyond the limits aligns me with the way of Shakti. love Bruce , " djgottlieb " <dgottlieb wrote: > > I have similar challenges with the Tibetans. Some days I have to really force myself to do them. Alas, some days I skip them. I will say, though, that when I do them every day, I feel much, much better than when I do not do them. Even if my muscles are sore, it is a good sore, the kind you get from exercising regularly. > > Personally, I feel it is better for me to try to force myself to do them. For me at least, this difficulty with them I view as a lack of surrender to the Shakti, as something I should simultaneously accept in myself, but also allow Shakti to change. > > Love, > > David >
