Thanks for all the articles this morning. I had forgotten about the exercise of

setting on the edge of the chair and did not know what it was for. If I remember

corredtly someone was having neck presure/pain and you suggested they do that

and to move their head from side to side. Or was that a different excersize from

this one?

 

Anyways, I tried it this morning and it did relieve some of the pressure I was

having. And I did some cracking. A big loud one right in the middle of my chest.

That felt good.
