Guest guest
Chrism, This is Shaun, the wayward one. I am still drawn, but taking my time. I am revisiting the safeties, and reread the text you have on the webpage. I'm ok with almost all of them, as I try to practice all daily (the tibetans are another thing- but that is for later). My question now is the safety- recapitulation. I don't quite understand it. Is it forgiveness, or is it surrendering, or something else? To recapitulate means to summarize a longer session, according to the dictionary. So, I don't quite get it. Can you help me? I have forgiveness issues with my sister. Say I forgive her, and she forgives me. What is the recapitulation in this? Help me to understand this, please. shaun
