Guest guest
Yes hello Shaun, The recap is a form of forgiveness. It is a written form of going individually with the forgiveness of the other person and of ourselves as we contribute in many ways to the equation requiring the forgiveness. We forgive ourselves and we forgive the other person. We write this down to bring it into a recognized form of behavior modification as we have in many cases been trained to remember and honor what it is we have written. The higher middle self can simply say " I forgive you. " The ego self is another matter though and not so amenable to instant change. From that area is the recap a valuable practice. - hope this helps Shaun! - chrism , " shaun1154 " <shaunjd wrote: What is the recapitulation in this? > Help me to understand this, please. > shaun >
