Guest guest
I suggest Hatha Yoga if you feel pulled to do Yoga at all. Kundalini may have other plans for you but the hatha yoga has beneficial poses. As you continue to surrender to the flow you may go into spontaneous yoga positions in bed. You may wake up in a position that is clearly yoga but not from your own volition. This is a kriya. You may or may not experience the Kriya phenomena when the Kundalini will force you to assume certain positions to aid in the infusion and subsequent development of the Kundalini. Sometimes shaking (like a palsy) will occur. Often just very strange movements jerking and difficult positions will be given. They will sometimes feel blissful to you. If yoga feels like something you feel the need for then I would seek out a Hatha Yoga class but do not tell them of your Kundalini condition because, oddly enough, most yoga practitioners are very unaware of the Kundalini and practice yoga for the general health and fitness. So they are typically at as much of a loss as anyone with regard to Kundalini. Kundalini Yoga has some insights regarding the Kundalini as it mimics some of the kriyas caused by it. I cannot recommend it due to the factor that it can command a worship of the gurus and founder of the system instead of the Kundalini and does not give great instruction or knowledge regarding the actual Kundalini. Not saying all of the Kundalini Yoga is this way just the ones I have come across. - Just some thoughts about this. - chrism
