Guest guest
Re: Shakti and Shiva (Chrism) In electricity there are positive and negative charges or poles that are required to make a flow of electricity possible. Same with the Kundalini. In the case of the Kundalini the Shiva and the Shakti are labels for " The Two that are One and the One that is Two " . Don't let that throw you but it needs to be stated. Shiva is the sacred male and Shakti is the sacred female in the ancient Sanskrit language and belief from which we draw their names. The Sanskrit peoples, the ancient Hindu pursued Kundalini and it is many of their road maps that have been preserved that we use today as we pursue Kundalini. It does take a Kundalini awakened person to understand them accurately as they were written by Kundalini awakened people of that time period. Its not all ink on parchment equals knowing imho. - lol. Shiva can be partially understood as " Prana " or solar or cosmic radiations. Shakti can be partially understood as earth based energies. When these two energetic qualities meet at specific places on the five bodies of a person a circuit is connected. A flow is started. A very powerful paradigm shattering flow. The ancient Hindu saw this as " The Divine Marriage " The joining of the sacred Male and sacred Female of a person. Similar to what occurs when sperm and egg unite, this condition is the arc and the covenant and the sword and the stone and all of the other analogies that equate and join the sacred forces of male and female. This provides a birth into another life. A life that uses the present existence as a platform of expression. Back to the " Two that are One " I mentioned earlier. The two lives that have become one life from the two forces that have become one and so on and so forth. An embodiment of a Vesica Pisces connected to and by many other Vesica Pisces. Kundalini is that middle space that reaches into the higher spaces and yet still retains the qualities of the lower spaces. Shiva is revered as the sacred male and is equal to the Shakti as he is her counterpart and vice versa. You breath him in and bask in him every day of your life. So giving thanks to Shiva or Christ or Buddha and any of a number of spiritual representations of the sacred male is most appropriate but make it a balanced approach and for every gratitude you give to him do the same for the Shakti, or Virgin Mary or Mary Magdalene or Sarasvati or Sri Lakshmi or Amaterasu or the Buddhist Goddess/Bodhisattva, as she is also present within you everyday of your life. She is the inner and he is the outer. This is more than following the human anatomy. This is the inner self and the outer self. The above and below. The heaven and the earth. The combination of the opposites, the marriage of these opposites is what brings the Kundalini who can be seen as the " Divine Child " . - blessings - chrism
Guest guest
Dear Bradley... thank you as always. I went for a walk earlier today. the sky was heavy with clouds but sometimes I could feel the heat of the sun through the clouds although I could not see it. I could feel the heat and the energy of the sun on my skin and in my hair. I knew that I was just experiencing and feeling a very mild form of what heat would be coming in the summer. It struck me that this is somewhat like what I am feeling re shiva at the moment. It is like I am experiencing at this time an awareness of shiva that was like todays sun. I can recall " knowing " of shiva from the past summer of my childhood... I can recall knowing of shiva when K burst through within me... but this knowing did not stay to the front of my awareness... It seems that shakti first needed to do loads of work on me before the glimpses of shiva could begin to come forward again... Shiva has been present of course but I have not paid attention becasue of the heavy winter clouds. Or so it struck me today! I am recalling and re membering and the summer is approaching. love Julia , " curball2002 " <curball2002 wrote: > > Re: Shakti and Shiva (Chrism) > > > > She is the inner and he is the outer.
