Who has the most knowledge on this breathing technique?

I am performing Kriya Yoga breathing techniques to cleanse chakras, and raise

kundalini energy.

My question is,,,,,,  Should i be performing the muldhara chakra lock on the

INHALE, or

the EXHALE,

Exhale for any lock...mulbandha, uddiyan or jalandhar  or tribandha (1st

chin.........

last anus lock in that order).................shrikant

One more question..... please

do you typically keep the toungue in contact with the roof of the mouth, just

behind

the front teeth throughout the entire process to maintain the link for energy

flow....
