Guest guest
Hi Group, Do I understand correctly that what I am doing is generating Kundaini Shakti to resolve my various kriyas and heal any ailments which I may or may not be aware of? Love & Blessings, august
Guest guest
Hi August, take a look at Chrism's response to you again below. I highly recommend you follow his suggestions. Sometimes the practice goes so well it might be moving too quickly. Go out and get the excercise and back off the prayer and meditation for a bit. This does not mean you stop your practice altogether and are no longer seeking what you seek, just acknowledging where you are and giving aspects of yourself time to acclimatize to where you are now and how far you have come. If you continue the 'generative' aspects of your practice now such as prayer, meditation and the tibetans, it may make your Kriyas even stronger and that might not be advised. It is what has referred to as " storming the gates of heaven " . Please see if you can apply Chrism's advice and let us know how you go! be well, bradly Yes hello August, The speed feeling will be from the adrenals responding to both Kundalini infusion and the anxieties brought by the tenor of the dream life. It may seem simplistic but the watermelon will have a definite positive effect upon the adrenals and the kidneys and may bring these expressions back into balance so I will suggest this. If you are taking any kind of adrenal stimulative spice in your food or stimulant in beverage please discontinue. I will also suggest for you in this particular case a strong and immediate program of exercise. What ever and how ever you feel this means to you really break a sweat. To this for at least a consecutive six days and more if you can. I will also suggest that these are an example of some of the more difficult work being done within the unconscious body's of expression and that indeed good work is being accomplished. Its not always easy on the conscious body as you well know. I will also suggest an approach of allowing what energy and level of transformation is present in the body " now " and to discontinue any extra or additional generative practice. Keep the ego from pushing more energy into the system in the mistaken assumption that more energy is good. This may require a disruption in any kind of devotional or physical practice. Do not do the Tibetans at this time. Back off of all prayer and or meditational practice. Just be as is " now " within the body and surrender positively to the changes being introduced and the work that is presently being done. As these conditions subside a return to generative practice may be initiated. - blessings and grace for you August! - chrism > Hi Group, > > Do I understand correctly that what I am doing is generating Kundaini > Shakti to resolve my various kriyas and heal any ailments which I may or > may not be aware of? > > Love & Blessings, > > august >
Guest guest
Hi August, I am not sure if this will answer you question but I can only speak from my own understanding so I give it here in case it may be of some benefit for you.... if not then disregard... when I do the practices it is not with an aim to generate kundalini or to get the energy going as such, I do the practices because most of them, like the emotional safeties becasue I see them as the way that we are to live the life here, as kundalini as God has given us to do. The tibetans are for me a physical expression of the same thing, a physical connection to the energy/ kundalini, a time out or a pause given to this awareness a time to be with K. I do the the Tibetans as a physical meditation. Energy rises for sure but when I do the tibetans I am not aiming to manipulate or generate energy as such. I don't see myself generating kundalini, it is kundlaini who " generates " me...lol! Sometimes when the symptoms become very strong it is necessary to stop some practices and to add others such as exercise. I think these changes are suggested not with the specific aim of resolving ailments as such.... I think it is more pausing and giving attention to Kundalini, to allowing her to do this very important work on the body.... I see it as another type of surrender that opens us to allowing K full access to us.... unimpeaded by possible ego inputs that may be riseing in us during some of the practices, so we withdraw all efforts that may be coming from the self. The " bad symptoms " or ailments may and do eventualy subside but trying to rid oneself of them is not the primary aim, when one adjusts the practices. Well that is the way that I see it, but sometimes my view can be a bit of kilter so...you have been warned...lol !! Sending with love and blessings for you, Julia , August <AugustAlonzo wrote: > > > Hi Group, > > Do I understand correctly that what I am doing is generating Kundaini > Shakti to resolve my various kriyas and heal any ailments which I may or > may not be aware of? > > Love & Blessings, > > august >
