Here they are for everyone. Ginseng may also be helpful, but I should let comment on that as I believe he told me it is not for everyone? be well, bradly Vitamin Recommendations: C complex 1000 mgs. Try to find one that has as close as you can get to 100 mgs. Rutin, 100 mgs hesperiden, 100 mgs citrus biolflavinoids, 500 mgs calcium. (pychnogenal may be much more expensive than grapeseed extract) Zinc 100 mgs Selenium 200 mcg's. Vit E 1000 iu's. I take this myself, this regimen, about three times a week. All the time and i do this to keep the body alkalized even though the Kundalini will work it towards health anyway.
