As this is in many cases your first exposure to the Kundalini please make it a

point to start changing " your life " and your " attitudes about life " in a closer

format of how the " safeties " direct you.

 

This is a most personal and explicit transformation of a person. If you have

been " drawn to this " then it is most certainly a communication from your

personal guidance that this is a path for you to take. And it may only start

here and you will then move into another form or format that involves the

Kundalini.
