Guest guest
Dear ( great to read your words again) and all, Thoughts come and go and very often I pay a lot of attention to the thoughts that arrive and I get distracted and absorbed in what the thoughts present to me. Oh, how I have often tortured myself with thoughts. In theory I know my thoughts are not me, but the theory can be different to the practice..lol! Anyway why I am psoting is I want to share this " new " revelation for me.......I was being the me tree when I suddenly realised that just like a tree does not own the bird that comes to rest on its branches or even the bird that comes to build a nest, neither do I own my thoughts.... this was a wow visual impact for me...lol... it's like when I am the me tree then my thoughts are like birds. I can watch them fly in and land and they can move about or what ever but I do not own them, they really have nothing to do with me, they did not come from me, they just arrived and landed in my branches. I can't explain how amazing this feels right now for me... on the one hand it seems like Dah Julia that was obvious...lol, but for me I am only seeing it for the first time! This feels like a huge teaching.... I must still see how it " works " in the real life but I am excited and I really wanted to share this with you. love and chirps julia.
