Guest guest
Hi, Would you prefer it to happen during the day? Shakti flows whenever it feels it's best, trust in that. The night is a time when you're relaxed & present (more open to flow + non-resisting), and not bogged down by the buzziness of day. Whatever you resist persists, so a lot of emotional releasing happens during sleep-time (or meditation) when your mind is relaxed. Guest guest
Yes the night is normally the best time for these activities to occur. As Sarah mentioned the ego relaxes its hold on the body and even though the Kundalini can break that hold having kriyas at night is a better option. Having this in the daytime and night time is also not uncommon especially if resistance is being given. - blessings August. - chrism , August <AugustAlonzo wrote: > > > Hi Group, > > I find that my kriyas (coughing, weakness, trembling/shaking etc.) seem > to get worst in the evenings.
