Hi,

 

Would you prefer it to happen during the day? :) Shakti flows whenever it feels

it's best, trust in that. The night is a time when you're relaxed & present

(more open to flow + non-resisting), and not bogged down by the buzziness of

day. Whatever you resist persists, so a lot of emotional releasing happens

during sleep-time (or meditation) when your mind is relaxed.

Yes the night is normally the best time for these activities to occur. As Sarah

mentioned the ego relaxes its hold on the body and even though the Kundalini can

break that hold having kriyas at night is a better option. Having this in the

daytime and night time is also not uncommon especially if resistance is being
