Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

If you have just begun your practice or have had the Kundalini come

and are feeling tired more than usual there are reports of " Chronic Fatigue

Syndrome " in connection with the Kundalini.

These are times for energetic manipulations that will occur in almost every

awakening ofKundalini. This is when the Kundalini will cause you to just want to

sleep and it is best to just do this as changes inside you are being made that

can only be done as you sleep. These are typically not permanent but can last

for a few weeks. Caffeine intake and adrenal hyper and hypo expression will also

lend to this CFS symptom.

Watch your intake of caffeine or these " new " energy drinks like " Red Bull " and

the other similarly constructed artificially revitalizing beverages. These can

wake you up but you pay a price in the " come down " and upon the pancreas and the

endocrine system malfunctions that may ensue.

These areas are where the Kundalini is making serious changes.

Hello Chrism, (raise hand) I'm having a hard time giving up coffee...Well as I

was falling asleep the other night, I was told I'm using the coffee cause I'm

lacking insulin...lol with shot prick and all. So the next day I look it up and

I'm led

back to

http://www.diabeteshealth.com/read/2005/09/01/4349/holy-basil-ocimum-sanctum/. I

was led to it a month ago as something to replace coffee and the more Ive read

about it seems to be helpful for K changes.

A update about a previous post on Magnesium crystal soaks. Ive been using it

as a foot soak for about a month or two. I noticed I had chipped nail polish

and under all was a white chalk? Well I thought is this the product looks like

calcium? I looked it up and found

http://magnesiumforlife.com/medical-application/calcification-and-its-treatment-\

with-magnesium-and-sodium-thiosulfate/...  boy that was alot of chalk lol!

Its a long article but felt it supported your recent post and the importance

of the kidneys. Back to

http://magnesiumforlife.com/medical-application/the-ultimate-mitochondrial-cockt\

ail/ again as well.  So if anything maybe it could help some of the newcomers,

like myself .  Hehe I have no idea why this keeps coming up for me but..it

makes a strange sense, like a loop. Ph,Ph,Ph.

Still detoxing after all these years,

Katharine
