If you have activated the Kundalini or are in the awakening process and are having difficulties with the transformation please consider getting some watermelon inside you for the balancing of your kidneys and adrenal glands this can help with some of the anxiety and some of the heat. Eat it on an empty stomach if you can and stay well hydrated. Really work on your emotional body as the Kundalini can magnify emotional issues that come up for resolution or balance - and they do come up! Tongue up, eyes up, fingers locked, should be very good for you. Do not " try " to bring the energy up to the top of your head let that go as it (the Kundalini) wishes it to go. This is an intelligent energy and it has an agenda for you. Do your best to completely surrender to this agenda.
