Guest guest
Hi All, This morning I went for my first run in 4 1/2 weeks! It was a little 15 minute jog around the neighborhood. It felt so good to move my body like that again, although there is a bit more of my body to move since the last time I hit the road. I've been on a bit of a culinary rewiring adventure, too. Most of this month has been brought to me by the letter C. For two weeks about all I could eat was citrus, citrus, citrus - oranges, clementines, grapefruit, lemon water, lime water, citrus pretty much around the clock. Fortunately it's been citrus season in the Valley and the fruit is cheap and plentiful, often free. Then, much to my surprise, in the week leading up to the seminar I found myself at Burger King three times in three days and at Culver's on the fourth. Ick! I'm not much of a hamburger-vore - but as the song goes, whatever Shakti wants, Shakti gets. Which all adds up to extra mass to haul around the block ; ) So, I'm hopeful I can resume running again without getting laid out by fatigue and illness like I had been. I'm betting that all the intensive photon-rich citrus and protein-rich Whopper Juniors have got me good to go. Maybe I'll splash a bit of that agua shaktificada in my water bottle for good measure. Here's to prayer in motion! Gotta run, Shaz
Guest guest
Here's to prayer in motion...now I'm on the citrus and banana, shakti red strawberries and shiva blue berries diet. I too had a Whopper adventure before the seminar. My whopper intake was the full whopper deal though; none of that junior stuff for me. After the Phoenix lecture we were all trying to find a place to eat and gather. None of us knew the westside of town and the k-caravan ended up in the parking lot of Burger King. I think Shaz and I rolled our eyes a few times, given that between us we must have eaten 6 burgers in three days. I'm happy to have " hit the canal " again too...time to get back in to motion. Cheers. ~Danielle , " shaktiaz " <shaktiaz wrote: > > Hi All, > Here's to prayer in motion! > > Gotta run, > Shaz >
Guest guest
Howdy, Giggles, I feel you there. After years of avoiding carbs...pass the rolls! Gotta have the energy! Preferably without the HFCS! Kat. ________________________________ shaktiaz <shaktiaz Tue, April 20, 2010 12:30:04 AM Prayer in motion  Hi All, This morning I went for my first run in 4 1/2 weeks!
