Guest guest
Dear all, Wonder how the K process effects cats. My two cats have been really annoying me lately in the wee hours of the morning. They start doing a song and dance routine on my bed about 2:30-3. My one cat has loud vocals and starts yelling to me and they don't let up until I feed them. Its been going on for about six days now & I'm not getting enough sleep. This morning, I closed one out in the living room and the other in the bathroom and went back to sleep for about an hour. had to put a pillow over my head to drown out the vocal one. Whats up with them? any thoughts would be helpful. Love, Jan
Guest guest
Hi Jan: At the recent lecture made mention of animals being drawn to Kundalini. He shared that cats especially are sensitive to this energy. Given the time of the morning (2-3am) they are being a chatty caties, I would imagine this is the k-alarm clock going off. Since they have you up, perhaps you could tune into the source of the call and meditate for a few moments, and then drift back to sleep. -Just my thought. Guest guest
This would be the " Golden Hour " Jan and they want you up to enjoy it with them. They know of the benefits of this time of the morning and that it could very well help you in your process. Try your best my dear to thank them for their efforts. - chrism , " yogijan " <drjandean wrote: > > Dear all, > Wonder how the K process effects cats. Guest guest
Jan, If, after responding to their golden hour calls, they are still feeling frisky, you may want to play with them a bit before going back to bed. Use whatever their favorite toys are - string, toy mouse, whatever. Cats being cats, it won't be long until they get tired and are ready for another nap. Guest guest
Thanks David, Will try that. They're sacked out right now. I have been consciously playing with them more anyway which is good for me too!
