When I ask my Heart a question about something.... how can I discern or feel its

answer? How is it for you ? How do you get your answers ?

 

Btw. I do have some clue, but would like to hear about your experience.. thanks

Jonas,

I am not an awakened individual yet, so maybe I am not qualified to answer.

However, I have always decided things based on my heart. I ask a question-

should I go here, or there? Should I do x or y? And I try each one on in my

heart, and I simply know. The one that feels right is the one I do. Some operate

from the heart, others from the brain. I don't know how people who operate from

the brain make decisions. I am not criticizing, I just don't understand it.

Sometimes it is a little tricky, cause after I've decided something, my fear

takes over, and then it masks as my heart not feeling that decision is right.

But I look at it again through my heart, and if it still feels right, I still do

it.

Might you be a brainbased person who is starting to engage the heart's answers?
