Power praying a brief intro.

 

Science is just now starting to see the effectiveness of prayer. I write of the

experiments where those that have been injured are divided into 2 groups and

while one group gets prayed for and recovers faster the poor folks in the other

group don't receive the prayer and remain longer in pain, sacrificed for science

so to speak. When I write prayer I mean focused intent addressed to a perceived

or not perceived higher power for a specific purpose.

 

When I have a seminar and teach the awakening techniques I always include a

section on devotion. Meaning a connection to a higher power. This a most

important aspect because as science is now learning it can be very effective.

Who is this " it " I mention so blithely? What is the higher power? you may as

well ask me who is God. I will respond that as in many things your " God " is

yours to choose.

 

I can tell you this though, the secretive mystics known as the

" Alchemists " those who are considered by many the precursors to the modern

" Chemists " knew of the duality of the human soul. They pursued this duality. So

did the ancient Hawaiians, they practiced a form of religion they called " Huna "

which in its main glorification honors and supplicates to the dual nature of the

Human soul. The Aumakua. The " two " that are one and the " one " that is two.

 

I am not an expert on Aumakua but I will say that the Kundalini is not outside

their reach. I will also state that the level of Kundalini awakening and the

testing and the ramification of and application of these energies are part of

their control. Another way to put them is a dualist aspect of Robert Monroe's'

" I self. " The sum and total of the selves you have been throughout the

successive lifetimes contained within an area or group that you may pull help

from when needed and who will offer advice when asked.

 

Huna is best explored by the writings of Max Freedom Long. An immigrant to the

Hawaiian Islands in the 1920,s who studied and wrote of the priests of the Huna

traditions(Kahunas) before the inexorable pollution by the flows of tourists and

western dominated cultures into the Islands. Do a search on his books and you

will find them. He teaches a form of the Huna prayers called the " power prayer. "

Very similar to what I call " Prana bursting " except for who the recipient of the

burst is.

 

This devotional form is one of the strongest I have encountered,

pre-Kundalini. If done properly it will work and work with physical and material

results. This such a long post I will pause for a test of peoples interest

rather then bore you with the details if this isn't something of interest. -
