For a time the night time will be for the Kriya aspect of your Kundalini transformation. What part of your imagination would be constructing your Kriyas? Or any other part of your Kundalini process? - blessings to you August. - chrism , August <AugustAlonzo wrote: > I do understand that my Kriyas are most > active at night and this is all my imagination anyway,
Guest guest
Melancholy or sadness isn't always bad. As an introvert, I sometimes find it hard to mechanically build Inner Joy or obtain it spontaneously from bubbly contact with friends and neighbours. So I go off to listen to sad music such as sobby country and western ballads or classical adagios and find these help me to go deep inside. Somehow they wind up a spring of energy and then at next point of contact in a social setting (particularly one in which I'm not normally comfortable), the energy seems to wash out in waves of goodwill and joviality - OK - a bit kinky but it's been happening all my life though probably less often since my awakening - love - John. ===================================== August wrote:- " Might I add that sometimes pessimism, fear, doubt, anger etc., are actually the release of pessimism, fear, doubt, anger etc., from our nervous system and not to be avoided, but rather to be fully experienced, as this would purge these very stresses from our system, thus freeing ourselves for further growth......
