Guest guest
Yes the cranial realignments. They are a feature of the Kundalini and do come and go in my experience. It is part of a continuing agenda of infusion and surrender to the Kundalini process. Feels like your skull is not in balance. Happens slowly but distinctly over a short time. The cranial ligitures can actually move and close and blend forming new cranial plate alignments. These stretches and movements of bone are induced by Kundalini and are often referred to as Kriyas. Kriyas are expressed through out all of the human systems of expression. These are merely cranial Kriyas. Movements to enhance the flow of the Kundalini within the crown chakra in an individual. These symptoms will present and yet the way a person processes them and how they are able to experience the expression of these phenomena will vary in my experience. We all come to the Kundalini with different histories and lessons! -
